This is simply our way of advertising. We hope that if you like what you hear, you may tell others about us, or next time you travel you will think of us.
After your presentation, as our way of saying “Thanks” for taking the time to learn more about our travel services and products, you will receive your promotional offer- gift. You are under no obligation to purchase or join anything to receive your promotional offer - gift. This means you are guaranteed to receive one of our two major gifts:
- All-exciting 4-days/3-nights Getaway (Cancun Mexico, Puerto Vallarta, Hilton Head, or Myrtle Beach) or

What to expect during your visit:
You can expect to see something that is unique, different and revolutionary in the vacation/travel industry. You can also expect to be treated differently and expect to make a few new friends. Our commitment to you is to treat you with professionalism and respect and to provide you with a unique experience that will be both informative and entertaining in showing you the fabulous world of vacations.
Your presentation consists of a brief discussion of your vacation needs and various worldwide vacation opportunities. Your tour representative will answer all your questions and ask for your comments. That’s all there is to it! You will be helping us and we will have the opportunity to show you that comfortable vacations, in exotic locales, are no longer just a dream! After the presentation, you will receive a promotional offer to see which one the gifts you will receive.
The gift package is guaranteed to you, provided that you meet and do the following:
You must attend the entire travel-related presentation of approximately 90 minutes and complete a pre and post survey. You must bring 2 forms of identification, which is required. Acceptable identification (ID) is a driver’s license or a state ID and a major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover) no debit/check cards. Your ID will not leave your hands, nor will we write down any information from it. We only want to briefly see the name on the ID.
You must bring this letter with you and must not have attended a Freedom Team Apex or Travel presentation within the last 12 months or be a travel professional, part-time or full-time. (i.e. travel agent, pilot, flight attendant, travel agent, time share sales agent, etc..).
Terms and Conditions
This promotion is open to married couples and cohabitating couples, between the ages of 25-70, and who have a combined annual income of at least $70,000. For married, one spouse must be at least 25 years of age. Married and cohabitating couples both must attend together, and possess photo identification with the same physical address. Limited to United States residents only. Limited one premium per household. No group travel is permitted. A group is considered more than one family traveling together to the same gifting location, with the same arrival dates. Two or more families traveling in the same vehicle are not eligible. This promotion may not be combined with any other promotion.
Due to space restrictions, please no children, uninvited guests, or pets.
Details of Promotional Offer (Gift) :
All recipients will be responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the premium they receive. This includes all processing, dealer delivery fees, taxes, reservation charges, port charges, gas surcharges and all airport taxes. Other special restrictions may apply and must see and read particular promotional offers for exact terms and conditions.
Driving Directions:
Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to presentation for check in. Presentation will start promptly, and late arrivals may not be able to attend.
